By accessing this website, purchasing a course, enrolling in training, creating an account, accessing the online classroom, participating in coaching, viewing course materials, or otherwise utilizing any services offered by World Wide K9 Academy (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, Liability Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk Agreement (the "Agreement").

1.Services Provided

World Wide K9 Academy provides:

• Online dog training courses
• Virtual classroom instruction
• Educational videos
• Training materials
• Coaching and support
• Membership-based educational services

All services are educational in nature and are intended to assist dog owners in training and communicating with their dogs.

2.No Guarantee of Results

Dog training results vary based on numerous factors, including owner consistency, dog temperament, breed, age, health, environment, and training history.

World Wide K9 Academy makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding any specific behavioral or obedience outcome.

Participation in any program does not guarantee:

• Off-leash reliability
• Behavioral rehabilitation
• Elimination of aggression
• Elimination of anxiety
• Service dog certification
• Therapy dog certification
• Specific obedience performance

3.Assumption of Risk

Dog ownership and training involve inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to:

• Dog bites
• Scratches
• Falls
• Dog-to-dog incidents
• Dog-to-human incidents
• Property damage
• Veterinary expenses
• Personal injury
• Emotional distress
• Permanent disability
• Death

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any training activity or use of information provided by World Wide K9 Academy.

4.Responsibility for Your Dog

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

• Your dog's behavior
• Your dog's actions
• Your dog's supervision
• Your dog's health and welfare
• Compliance with applicable laws

World Wide K9 Academy cannot control the behavior of any dog and cannot guarantee any outcome.

5.Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge World Wide K9 Academy, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or causes of action arising from:

• Participation in training activities
• Application of training methods
• Online classroom participation
• Coaching services
• Dog behavior or reactions
• Injuries to persons or animals
• Property damage
• Veterinary expenses

6.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Wide K9 Academy from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or attorney's fees arising from:

• Your participation in training
• Your dog's behavior
• Injuries or damages caused by your dog
• Violation of this Agreement

7.Educational Purposes Only

All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes:

• Veterinary advice
• Medical advice
• Behavioral diagnosis
• Legal advice

You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for any veterinary, medical, behavioral, or legal concerns.

8.Online Classroom Access

Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content. You may not:

• Share login credentials
• Reproduce course content
• Redistribute videos or materials
• Record classroom sessions
• Resell course access

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

9.Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, logos, branding, curriculum, training systems, graphics, written materials, and classroom content, is the exclusive property of World Wide K9 Academy and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without prior written permission.

10.Payments & Billing

By purchasing services you agree:

• To provide accurate payment information
• To pay all fees associated with your purchase
• That all purchases are governed by this Agreement

Recurring memberships automatically renew at the then-current rate unless canceled prior to the renewal date through your account or by contacting us in writing.

10.1. Subscription Memberships

If you enroll in any subscription-based membership, recurring service, or other automatically renewing program offered by World Wide K9 Academy, the following additional terms shall apply:

Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled in accordance with this Agreement, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, annually, or as otherwise selected during enrollment). By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize World Wide K9 Academy to automatically charge your designated payment method for all recurring subscription fees until your subscription is canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting World Wide K9 Academy in writing before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges only and does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or partial refund for any current billing period. Unless otherwise stated, you will retain access to your membership benefits through the end of the billing period for which payment has already been received.

Failed or Declined Payments

If any recurring payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise cannot be processed, World Wide K9 Academy may suspend or terminate your access to membership content until payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to retry failed payment methods in accordance with our payment processor's policies.

Membership Benefits

Subscription memberships may include access to online courses, educational videos, downloadable materials, exclusive resources, live coaching sessions, community features, monthly challenges, future course updates, and other member benefits. World Wide K9 Academy reserves the right to modify, expand, replace, or discontinue membership benefits at any time in its sole discretion.

Subscription Pricing

World Wide K9 Academy reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, billing frequency, or membership offerings at any time. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing periods after reasonable notice has been provided.

Termination

World Wide K9 Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription or membership without notice if a member violates this Agreement, engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, infringes upon intellectual property rights, disrupts the community, harasses staff or other members, or otherwise acts in a manner detrimental to the Company or its members. Such termination shall not entitle the member to any refund except where required by applicable law.

Service Availability

World Wide K9 Academy will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted access to its membership platform and services. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability of the website, online classroom, community features, live coaching sessions, digital content, or other membership services. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, technical issues, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11.Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and the immediate access provided to proprietary educational content, training materials, coaching resources, and online classroom access, all sales are final, except for the limited 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applicable to the $5 Intro Course as set forth in Section 11.1 below.

Except as provided in Section 11.1, World Wide K9 Academy does not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, cancellations, or transfers for:

• Course enrollments
• Training programs
• Memberships
• Coaching services
• Online classroom access
• Subscription payments
• Training materials
• Any other products or services

For subscription memberships, cancellation prevents future recurring charges only. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, and no refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period except where required by applicable law. Customers are solely responsible for canceling their subscription before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue their membership.

You waive any right to request a refund due to dissatisfaction, lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, perceived lack of results, or any other reason.

Exceptions may only be made where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in Section 11.1.

11.1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Intro Course Only)

Notwithstanding the general policy stated in Section 11, and as the sole exception to it, the $5 Intro Course is subject to the following limited money-back guarantee.

Products covered. This money-back guarantee applies solely to the $5 Intro Course (the "Intro Course"). It does not apply to any other product, course, bundle, or service offered by World Wide K9 Academy, including without limitation Obedience 1, Obedience 2, Obedience 3, the Complete Bundle, in-person training, and any coaching or consultation. All other purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

How to request a refund. If the Intro Course is not right for you, email worldwidek9academy@gmail.com within thirty (30) days of your purchase and ask for a refund. No forms, no video, and no explanation are required.

What is not guaranteed. This is a satisfaction guarantee on your purchase, not a guarantee of any training result. We make no guarantee regarding your dog's behavior, the resolution of any specific problem, the speed of any results, or the suitability of the course for any particular dog, owner, breed, age, or situation. Training outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including consistency, environment, and individual differences between animals.

Refund amount and processing. Refunds are limited to the amount actually paid for the Intro Course and are issued to the original payment method. Upon issuing a refund, we may revoke your access to the Intro Course and its materials. This guarantee may be used only once per customer.

Fair use. We reserve the right to decline any refund request that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.

12.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact World Wide K9 Academy before initiating a chargeback to allow for a good-faith resolution.

World Wide K9 Academy may provide purchase records, login activity, account records, and communications to contest chargebacks.

If a chargeback is resolved in favor of World Wide K9 Academy, the customer remains responsible for all amounts owed, including applicable collection costs and attorney's fees where permitted by law.

13.Termination of Access

World Wide K9 Academy reserves the right to terminate access without notice if a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Shares copyrighted materials
• Harasses staff or members
• Engages in fraud or unlawful conduct

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

13.1. Community Guidelines & Member Conduct

World Wide K9 Academy strives to maintain a respectful, positive, and educational environment for all members. By participating in any membership community, live coaching session, discussion forum, comments section, or other interactive feature, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive behavior toward staff or other members.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content.
• Spam, advertising, solicitation, or self-promotion without prior written permission.
• Sharing another member's personal information without their consent.
• Posting unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the membership platform or community.

World Wide K9 Academy reserves the sole right to remove any content, suspend participation, or terminate membership access at any time for conduct that violates these guidelines or otherwise harms the community. Removal or termination for violations of this section shall not entitle the member to any refund, credit, or reimbursement except where required by applicable law.

14.Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

World Wide K9 Academy disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, and availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Wide K9 Academy's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

World Wide K9 Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind.

16.Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

17.Electronic Acceptance

By checking an acceptance box, creating an account, purchasing services, or accessing course materials, you acknowledge that:

• You have read this Agreement.
• You understand its contents.
• You voluntarily agree to be legally bound.
• Your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature.
